The ebbing of the pandemic ushered in a big change for myself and my family and in December of 2021 we moved to New York from Colorado.

New York meant a real chance at a new kind of stability for my family and I'm proud to say we were able to purchase a home. But I still had to decide what was going to make New York work for me.

My love of teaching made me toy with the idea of becoming a teacher but it still didn't feel right. Encouragement from a good friend in Instructional Design has inspired me to pursue a new career.
